I am a quick learner who is also willing to adjust. When I used to work as a service crew at McDonald's, it was difficult at first to deal with different types of individuals, but as time went on, it was an amazing experience to connect with people and learn about their needs. And seeing the smiles on my customers' faces as a result of my excellent service was one of my favorite aspects of working at McDonald's. And what makes my McDonald's journey memorable is when I became a crew trainer, which gave me the opportunity to share my knowledge in all of the skills needed to be a successful service screw, and I'm happy guiding them to be a successful service crew to provide an amazing experience to every customer.Being on a service crew and later being a crew trainer has really aided me in becoming the greatest version of myself, as it has helped me build time management skills, as I was also a student at the Upgrade to see actual info improved my communication skills by allowing me to engage with diverse people on a daily basis. I am certain that I am responsible for everything.
It aided my career development when I first entered the BPO industry.
