Profile Description

I worked for 2 years in a BPO specializing in Customer / Technical Support. I've been a Level 3 Technical Support and a Part time trainer on my 6th month as a customer support. I also have an experience in recruitment since I've worked in a recruitment agency for 4 years as well, handling everything from application to deployment. I also handle labor cases, attending mediation meetings with the complainant at the Dept. of Labor and coordinating with law firms if needed. My latest job was with a VA Recruitment Company, I was hired as a Recruitment Manager dealing with clients and candidates.
