I have been working in a customer service industry for almost 6 years. Almost 5 years in an aviation industry my latest was in a BPO industry. As a customer service on my previous work, where we are required to have a good to excellent communication skills, I know that will be a plus. I am willing to work on a graveyard shift. Multi tasking was never new to me since my previous jobs requires a daily multi-tasking work. I also have undergone various trainings that should be learned immediately.
I will make sure I will take responsibility for my on going development such as willing to be thought and comments shall never be taken negatively.
