I aspire to serve as a virtual assistant and am actively seeking clients interested in availing virtual assistance for tasks such as managing emails, overseeing Facebook advertising, and handling fundamental responsibilities like data entry utilizing Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Drive, Data Analytics using looker studio and Calendar Management. Additionally, I specialize in tasks like product and internet research, as well as scheduling non-voice or email-based appointments with internal and external clients. 

With a background as a Mechanical Engineering graduate and five years of experience in an Engineering Procurement and Construction Company, I bring valuable expertise in 3D/2D modeling of piping layouts, document preparation for Civil and Electrical Departments, quality control documentation, data extraction from modeling software, resource management, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for document preparation and submission. I have also successfully managed project teams, overseeing task assignments, hour allocation, scheduling and sequencing, and promptly addressing concerns by resolving affected areas. 

As an ENTJ-A personality type, I am a team player who is hardworking, quick to learn, goal-driven, and enthusiastic. My proficiency in English at a conversational level (B2) ensures effective communication and service delivery.
