Profile Description
I have worked in the Call center industry for around 5 years as a Customer Service Representative for a satellite company handling customers' accounts, billing, and technical concerns. I have also handled U.S. accounting software that allowed me to interact with small business owners and accountants for support. I also experienced working as an e-mail Support Representative in the videogame industry, assisting players of all age groups.
I am willing to be trained and study other platforms that the business needs. I am a person who can work with minimal supervision, am a team player, and can work under pressure.
