I worked as a Customer Service Representative in BPO for 6 years, handling healthcare and telecommunications accounts. I answer incoming calls, answer customer inquiries, process orders or requests, assist customers with their concerns, do outbound calls or cold calling and appointment setting. I also worked as a Data Entry Specialist for a US Auto Financing Company, where I inputted and reinstated customers car insurance policies.

I am proficient in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, as well as Google tools including Docs, Sheets and Upgrade to see actual info addition, I am proficient in various communication applications such as Microsoft Teams, Upgrade to see actual info, Skype, and WhatsApp. I understand the importance of effective communication in a remote work environment and have consistently maintained open lines of communication with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
