CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist

As a CRM Specialist, my tasks include collecting and organizing customer data, analyzing it to segment customers, creating targeted marketing campaigns, working on email marketing, setting up automated workflows, collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads, and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of CRM and digital marketing efforts. I also help integrate CRM systems with customer support platforms for seamless communication.
