As a receptionist, I'm an excellent communicator and comfortably interact with individuals of all persuasions and professional levels. I've executed efficient clerical tasks and maintain a good relationship with the team and successfully deal with difficult visitors or time-poor co-workers.

As an English tutor, I have spent the last four years assisting students to improve their language skills and achieve their goals. My experience has made me very organized, and all my lesson preparation has equipped me with planning skills: I manage the pitch and the pacing of lessons with attention to students’ learning. Being keenly aware of my student’s performance, I've responded to gaps in their knowledge, used creative resources, and been accurate and precise in producing lesson plans that cover all learning needs.
