Microsoft365 Admin, maintaining/creating user accounts, System maintenance, configurations, and ad hoc/Admin Tasks. 6. Ticket creation using CA Helpdesk and BMS Kaseya7. Experience in using the following: Pax8, Ninite Pro, Todyl, ThreatLocker, Datto Workplace, DWP.8. Resetting Routers and Access Points, as well as updating its Firmware by the use of NetGear.9. Email creation/management10. Able to speak and write confidently in English11. Versatile - able to adjust and understand when a new program is presented in my line of work.
