I have been working for 9 years now and I have gained a substantive amount of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, customer service, technical support, and hospitality services which have honed my skills, personality, and character development.
I’ve been consistent in hitting the target goal on Sales/Appointment Setting. Converting the not interested customer into a Sale.
I have gained the technical skills of resolving customers' concerns by keenly following the steps and protocols for the customers’ satisfaction. The analytical skills of finding the root causes of the issues have helped me manage time and effort and earned the respect of my superiors and colleagues. With humility, consistency, and determination, goals and even big dreams are not impossible to achieve.
