Profile Description
•Review plans and prepare quantity needs and cost of material
•Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
•Source out Supplier of Material and or Subcontractor for a specific scope of work.
•Evaluates supplier's proposal if it complies to the Technical specification.
•Material Submission
•Prepare material for request together with its budget base on evaluated proposal
•Ensure proper allocation of cost of materials and other project purchases.
•Monitors budget vs actual purchased material
•Monitors actual cost of all phase code
•Prepares monthly Cost Report and other necessary report
•Gather data and quantification to verify progress of accomplishments
•Measure and value work done on site
•Monitor Subcon Accomplishment
•Evaluate Subcon Billing
•Make sure all unbilled accomplishment of subcon is accrued every end of the month.
•Prepares Subcon Variation Order.
•Prepares Draft Subcon scope of work
•Monitors Monthly Manhour
•Monitors and update Materials and Subcontracted works in order to meet projected date of delivery or mobilization.
