I believe I am best and fit for the position because I already have a 6 years Customer Service experience wherein I handled different tasks that match to your requirements. I already have experience on the duties and responsibilities you posted.
I am fit for the position because I have a Technical skill and Communication skill.
My Virtual Assistant experiences:1. Dropshipping - SHOPIFY-I know how to use FBMFox, Listquick and Zeedrop. I have knowledge in product research that is marketable from amazon listing to FB Marketplace and Shops.-My strategy used on my previous client, when I list items I select those images from the customer review so that the buyer will appreciate it more and to look at it more realistic compared with those images with white background only.-I also check the in demand products on Facebook so that I have an idea what items to list for today.
2. FBA & FBM- I have both training and experience on being FBA and FBM VA in amazon.- I have knowledge on product research and can list items a day as required.- Tools I know are Keepa, Revseller, AZinsight, Sell Mission, DS Amazon Quick View and ROI Scanner.
3. Administrative Assistant- I know how to use tools like Pipedrive, Zapier, Mailerlite and Asana.- My experience was to encode clients details on their CRM and update them thru emails,
