Profile Description

I have worked before as Customer Service Representative in one of the biggest telecommunication companies in Philippines, which requires to deal with different customers daily, resolves customers' complaints using CRM system; worked also as Backroom Admin which I managed all Internet Broadband Applications & coordinate with Technical and Engineering Team, answering phone calls and emails, gather and encode all documents, check the completeness of all the documents, and attend to online meetings; and I worked also as Assistant Inventory Custodian which requires assisting the Head Custodian in managing the in and out of the products, request and receive the delivered products, organize inventory documents,check Inventory stocks twice per day to avoid variance, and generate daily report; my job experience and trainings really developed my personal growth, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, marketing skills, administrative skills and time management. I worked as Client Support cum Conversion Officer to an Australian based company which requires me call interested clients to study abroad and to convert them into students. Documents checking, organizing, editing, school and visa application are what I did throughout my stay in that company. And currently, I have finished working as a Virtual Office Admin cum Timekeeper in a Australian company, which requires me to keep staffs' daily and weekly timesheet report be correct and payroll sheet must be done weekly and perfectly to avoid delays in payment to trade partners, suppliers and company's employees. And currently doing freelance graphics and video ads as per request.
