Profile Description

I have some background in Customer Service, teaching English online and cold calling. I work as a customer service representative in a financial account for one year and 2 months. I also work as an online English teacher for  one year and 5 months. While being an online teacher, I also have a fulltime job working for a real estate company for a direct client that was referred by a friend of mine. I worked in that company for 9 months then lastly was another company catering cold callers for real estate. I've been with them for 10 months as cold caller but then they had me pending so I dUpgrade to see actual info to quit.

For the past 3 years of working experience, I learned a lot of values and skills that makes me a good asset for your company. I learn how to be a team player and can do individual task as well when needed. I respect my superiors and very much open to constructive critic on my performance. I am open to any training where I can enhance my skills and improve my knowledge. I also practice my communication skills and my patience to the customers. I can also adapt well to any situations and a fast learner. If ever I didn't know anything about a certain software or tools, I tend to research and ask anything that will help me use it Upgrade to see actual info my previous job, I always make sure that I hit the quota or do a little bit more. I don't wanna be that someone who are very complacent in my job. I always to my best in any work that I will get. Most importantly, I am punctual and I can say that I've never been late in my work ever since I started working. I also just been absent when I am sick and I also have important things to do but not too often.
