Respond promptly and accurately to policyholders' inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding coverage, claims, benefits, and other insurance-related matters. Document all interactions with policyholders accurately and thoroughly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Provide explanations of medical insurance policies, procedures, and eligibility requirements to policyholders in a clear and understandable manner.
