I have a background both in doing administrative services and phone call handling. I did some freelancing job as an appointment setter for a real estate agent. I have also been part of the Quality Assurance team for 3 years when I was working in a Collections account. My main responsibility is to ensure that all agents are following the SOPs set by the client and also to ensure that excellent customer service is being provided to all our clients. I was also responsible for doing call calibrations and refresher trainings to the team as part of our monthly task. I was also trained to do the reports in line with the results of the calibrations that we are doing.
