As a creative and imaginative individual, Canva has been my go-to tool for showcasing my graphic design skills. I take pride in my work, especially during my time as a Social Media Manager for an NGO, where I had the freedom to create pubmats that helped the organization raise awareness, engage with the audience, and make a meaningful impact across different social media platforms.

Since starting as a freelance financial planner in 2018, I’ve consistently honed my prospecting skills, which are the backbone of my business. Ensuring a steady flow of prospects is essential to offering my insurance products and services. Every day, I make it a priority to build relationships and maintain a robust list of potential clients, keeping my business thriving. Alongside this, I’ve also developed strong customer and sales support skills, ensuring a well-rounded approach to serving my clients.

With nearly two years of experience in order processing since 2023, I've developed strong attention to detail, which is crucial for this role due to its impact on business operations, especially in costing and logistics. This skill requires precision and laser focus, and I take pride in my ability to handle this responsibility effectively, even as I continue to grow in this area.

In addition to order processing, I have experience in logistics coordination, where I monitor and provide regular updates to clients on the status of their orders. I ensure that clients are informed about the whereabouts of their shipments, making sure deliveries are on schedule and that they receive their orders on time. This skill helps maintain clear communication and trust with clients throughout the entire process.
