I help business owners in recording, organizing, and monitoring their business transactions by collecting data, processing information and providing accurate reports.
Since I worked as an accounting staff for 4 years, I have knowledge and Idea on bookkeeping. I also have an experience as an admin staff in a subdivision or real estate for 10 months. 
* Experience in processing and recording company's day to day expenses.* Processing petty cash liquidation, * Revolving funds reconciliation, *Received and double checks invoices from suppliers* Processing payments for those invoices, * Process Utilities expense, Rent Expense, Bank interest loan payables, Car insurance Payable. * Payroll process* Answer homeowners inquiries* Compute homeowners monthly dues* Receive monthly due payments * Issues official receipt on every payments receive* Prepares daily cash/ check deposits * Provide necessary reports.
