Profile Description

I graduated from the University of the Assumption with a degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management in 2022. My most recent work experience was as an inventory management and fulfillment specialist at LOGITIX a leading provider of ticketing solutions for brokers and events. I have core competencies in virtual administrative support, technical support, and library management.

As an inventory manager, I sorted open orders for multiple brokers, ensured accuracy and timeliness, and provided live support for orders and broker fulfillment. I also uploaded proof of transfer or re-transfer to the customers and updated the portal status. Previously, I worked as a customer service representative at TTEC, where I interacted with customers via phone, email, and chat, and processed orders and coordinated deliveries. In addition, I was an IT support technician at Staff Boom, where I demonstrated excellent customer service and contributed to the improvement of the service. I have experience with Active Directory, Office365, PC hardware and software, networks, routers, VPN, and Windows and local business applications. I am motivated by delivering quality service and solutions to the clients and the team. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization, as I have a background in tourism and travel, and a passion for learning new skills and technologies.
