I graduated last year 2013 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Right after, I started working as a call center agent with a goal of enhancing my English speaking skill. I was assigned to various accounts; such as selling flowers, clothing, shoes & other items thru phone calls. My experience as a call center agent taught me a lot about the importance of customer satisfaction.
In year 2016, I started working as an accounting staff/bank recon specialist at CLIMBS Life & General Insurance Cooperative. I was amazed how the lessons I learnt during college are applied in reality. Actually, it is not that hard compared to the problems written in the books. :)
Later on, I was promoted as a bookkeeper and sometimes assigned as Officer In Charge when our manager is not around.
