Profile Description

I see myself as self-motivated, multi-tasker, self-driven, and a
dreamer.  I have been in the call center
industry for over 8 years as a  Customer Service Representative, I have been in
multiple accounts and lines of business. I first started as a CSR for e-commerce for one of the biggest US brands. I also became a CSR for the largest
US telco company handling billings and sales, then later assigned to a US Cable company as a Technical support representative. I then worked as an order
manager with my most recent employer where my clerical and administrative
skills improved by working as a project  manager in a business-to-business
environment as back office support. I am capable of communicating with clients
and customers thru voice calls, chats and emails.
