Profile Description

With more than 12+ years of combined experience in the field of Property Management, Short-term Rentals, and Customer Service. Experience in liaising and handling client relations management. During these years, I have acquired a set of skills needed to get the shit done.- handle lease renewals, including evaluation of a tenant's acceptability for renewal and non-renewing as needed- assists eviction, including negotiating acceptable payment plants with tenants- handle maintenance issues and dispatch (Work Orders)- screening of guests- organizing cleaning- communicating with customers over phone chat and email - address claims and disputes submitted by customers- provide timely resolution to the customer's issue. Well versed in Appfolio, Buildium, Property Meld, Docusign, Authentisign. I also have 3 years of experience as a supervisor for foreign trainees in Japan. Handled and trained 8 Vietnamese and Filipino trainees in Reinforce Rod Bar Factory.

Part of the skill set that I have acquired is being a team player who has excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for details, clear communication skills, adaptive, and have the capability to multi-task and complete assignments before or on time.
