Looking for project either in Goverment or Private Sector
•
Attend Meetings, Bidding and negotiate in behalf of the company
•
Prepare necessary documents needed for the project
•
Estimate financial proposal for the project
•
Estimate Budget to be used for the ---------- om start to finsih
•
Estimate Materials to be used for the project
•
Create Accomplishment Report based on Contract Amount and scope of works
•
Prepare Internal Schedule for the project
•
Review, Plans and Prepare As-built Plans for implementations the project
•
Supervise and coordinate with the owner regarding the project
•
Prepare Billing based on Accomplishments
•
Prepare documents for the renewal of the Goverment licenses
•
Prepare reports regarding the status of the projects and other matter for the Board
•
Procure Materials and Services for the Project
•
Conduct Market research for the Price and other Services that may need for the Project.
•
Prepare Documents for Government and Private Bidding.
•
For Design and Construct Projects, Make a Design Base on the Architectural and Structural Plans and make adjustment base on the actual condtion. Make a Recommendation for adjustment of Price if needed.
