Supervise and coordinate with the owner regarding the project

Prepare Billing based on Accomplishments
•
Prepare documents for the renewal of the Goverment licenses
•
Prepare reports regarding the status of the projects and other matter for the Board
•
Procure Materials and Services for the Project
•
Conduct Market research for the Price and other Services that may need for the Project.
•
Prepare Documents for Government and Private Bidding.
•
For Design and Construct Projects, Make a Design Base on the Architectural and Structural Plans and make adjustment base on the actual condtion. Make a Recommendation for adjustment of Price if needed.
