I am well-versed in a variety of accounting software systems, including QuickBooks Desktop & Online, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a knowledge of Xero. My proficiency in these platforms allows me to adapt quickly to new environments and maximize efficiency.

1. Accounts Payable: respond to vendor inquiries; Logon Vendor portals and process invoices; process payments; recording of daily expenses; Send AP Aging Report. 

2. Accounts Receivable: respond to customer inquiries; process customer invoices, reconcile Open Order Report; Send collection notices; Send payment reminders: Send customer statements 

3. Bank Reconciliation 4. Processing Sales Opportunities, Sales Orders, and assisting in Sales Quotes. 

5. Ensuring offshore Vendor PO pricing is correct and uploaded in Dynamics 365 & QuickBooks. 

6. Manually recording transactions that don't auto-feed. 

7. Ensuring all Payables and Receivables are correctly entered and tracked. 

8. Computing Sales Commission for Sales Representatives. 

9. Generating Financial Reports – Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement 

10. Generating & Reconciling Open Sales Order Report and Open PO Report.
