Profile Description
I was an online ESL Teacher before teaching English language to Japanese. Then I was a technical support for 2 years and a half in a BPO company as an agent and Subject Matter Expert. I worked as one of the senior training specialist of a healthcare account in a BPO company that conducts new hire, transitional and refresher training. I collaborate with QA for any updates about the process and as well TNA needs. I also coordinate with operations in regards with the opportunities from agents that can be on refresher training nd directly report with the client for the updates of the training.
