I had worked in the Fast-Food industry for over 3 years and transitioned to the BPO industry for self-growth while learning a new set of skills. For almost 3 years in the BPO industry, I have honed my skills in dealing with different kinds of people and meeting daily or weekly quota. I learned to handle inbound and outbound calls as a Customer Service Representative. I've also been a Medical Biller for a year where I handled payment posting, verification of claim status and denial management. Handling claims helped me improve my analytical skills and attention to detail.
