Being able to provide an amazing customer service without compromising integrity and customer security is something that i am good at. I have worked for 2 big companies in the US that is very particular in getting their customer's issue resolved efficiently. Good thing I have an amazing active listening skills to be able to understand their concerns without missing even just a small detail about what they're raising. Being able to have a good communication skills to express and converse
with clients/customers is also something that I am proud ---------- this field you just don't need to listen to them, you also have to make sure that while listening you are trying to look for a solution or alternative fix with their issue, and that is where my multitasking skill comes in. There are a lot of surprises in this type of work since you
get to talk to different people everyday with different issues and being able to adapt to a certain situation is one of my expertise. I am trying to transition into becoming a virtual assistant and I'm also hoping that these skills i manifest would be the key for me to get a shot into becoming a VA.
