Profile Description

 I have been a customer support representative for one of the largest telecommunications company. I was a performance agent of sales in ATT DIRECT TV for three years. Prior to that, I was working as a sales representative also for a small start up company doing telemarketing for 3 months Because of this, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of good service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement. 
I have experience in project management doing administrative tasks. I can do some web research, managing emails, as well as corresponding with vendors and employees of other businesses that I may be required to speak with in behalf of the firm. 
As stated on the summary of my skills, I'm much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do I am flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do and I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
