Profile Description

In my capacity as the Business Development Manager at an engineering outsourcing company, my primary responsibilities centered on client engagement and relationship management. These responsibilities encompassed various facets, including:
Cultivating Client Relationships: My core duty involved lead generation, and establishing, nurturing, and sustaining relationships with key decision-makers.
Client Needs Assessment: I was tasked with comprehending and collecting client project requirements and needs, enabling the creation of tailored service proposals.
Document Preparation: This role involved the preparation of service proposals,
contracts, and associated documentation to facilitate smooth transactions.
Deal Closure: I played a pivotal role in closing deals with clients, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of services.
Post-Sales Support: Beyond the sale, I provided essential after-sales support to clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Throughout this role, I honed a diverse skill set, encompassing the art of composing persuasive proposals and professional correspondences, rigorous contract review, formulating efficient business processes, implementing quality control and assurance measures, and most notably, adept team management.
Furthermore, the nature of our business also allowed me to develop skills in personnel recruitment. This encompassed the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making selection decisions, and negotiating compensation packages.
Recently, I embarked on a short course in Data Analytics, which equipped me with fundamental to intermediate proficiency in data preparation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as MS Excel and PostgreSQL. My current focus lies in further advancing my data analytics skills, as I am currently learning Power BI software as part of my ongoing data analytics course.
