Profile Description

I never had any VA jobs before. I learn easily and I know how to do research and use a computer or laptop basic functions. I used to work at a manufacturing company where I have to use Microsoft Word and Excel on a daily basis to input company data. Worked at two different call center Upgrade to see actual infoually, I handle inbound calls. I also do outbound calls when needed. Customers were usually from North America, so we were required to have a native or close to native English accent. Multi-tasking skills since we have to open multiple tools at a time while talking to customers and understanding their issues while figuring out a way to fix them.
