Profile Description

I've worked as an all around customer support handling live calls, chats, and direct emails for several years. I am also very into writing which I consider my lifelong passion. I am exposed to different editorial and broadcasting competitions which helped me harness my skills all throughout the years. I was the editor-in-chief of our school publication for two consecutive years which to me, the source of the trust that I have for myself. All these little by little experiences made a strong foundation and  whatever endeavour that I may take most especially in this fast-paced customer centric world, I know I am ready and equipped.
