1. Capacity planning - responsible for planning the program's staffing. Recommends hiring, movements and assumptions that will benefit the account's staffing outlook and revenue.
2. Scheduling - Creates weekly schedules for agents and making sure that interval targets are met.
3. Ability to create dashboards and reports using excel
4. Good knowledge of MS Office and WFM tools
5. Strong ability to stick to deadlines and carry out multiple tasks with minimal supervision
6. Ability to interact across all levels of organization and build strong relationships
