I have worked in Hospitality Industry for 6 years. I have spent most of my years after graduating as a Customer/Guest Support through phone, chats, and email, I also was a Travel Agent, and Guest Reservations/Experience Agent.

Before working as a Guest Reservations Agent, I worked as a Travel Agent at dnata Travel Inc. for almost 3 years. I handled 40-50 bookings every day wherein I assist the clients with making new hotel/transfer/flight bookings. I assist clients with their current bookings by making amendments like changing the dates of their booking or their provider and if they have a special request (concierge) or special assistance request at the airport and the accommodation. I also assist with booking cancellations and with payments and refunds. I call clients regarding their email request that is sent through the booking system used. If the client did not answer, I email them asking about their best time and how they would like to be assisted. I coordinate with hotel, transfer, and flight providers by calling them or sending an email, depending on the urgency of the booking requests.

I also worked as a Cargo Representative with Philippine Airlines Cargo Terminal. As a Cargo agent, I am responsible for all the cargo manifests of each international flight. I also am the one who communicates and work with the suppliers of big cargo that are bound for other countries. We email and input data on a system called Cargospot System.

I recently worked as a Guest Experience and Reservations teaUpgrade to see actual infomber for a property management company with short and long-term rentals. I am responsible for providing excellent customer service throughout the current guest's stay and answering prospective leads' inquiries up to making the reservations for them through Direct Booking, Airbnb, and other OTA. I communicate with guests/leads regarding their requests and questions through emails, texts, and chats, and answer OTA requests in a clear and timely manner. I answer inquiries and concerns of guests booked through Airbnb as well. I manage reservations and provide information about the properties, rates, availability, and location of the properties. I also do administrative tasks like helping with cleaning schedules, maintenance issues/tasks, and billing concerns. I also communicate with vendors to check for their availabilities.

With all these experiences I have, I can communicate in English very well. I have also improved my knowledge and experience with PMS, messaging, and booking systems.
