I have been doing cold calling, appointment setting, lead generating, inbound and outbound calls for business to business, and business consumer types of campaigns. I also did Quality Assurance Analyst tasks like monitoring and evaluating agents' performance on the phone. Also became virtual assistance doing data entry, organizing CRM, entertaining customer inquiries. I'm a fast learner and willing to be trained, always excited to learn new things to improve my career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry.
