As a technical virtual assistant for coaches, course creators, and consultants, my tasks include but are not limited to
1. Infusionsoft Responsibilities:
? Create new email campaigns for marketing / email automations
? Managing lists, segment audiences based on tags
? Assist in automating the new funnels that will be created and ensuring that everything new interacts with the remaining automation/triggers
? Build, test, review and fix campaign automations as needed
2. Online Course Management:
? Assist with the creation of new course content
? Assist with the creation of downloadable course workbooks in PDF format
? Installation/Setting up new course platforms
? Managing student enrollment
? Providing technical support
3. Wordpress Website Management:
? Maintaining and updating the website
? Publishing blog posts
? Create landing pages
? Optimize website performance
? Regular website checks
4. Customer Support:
? Handling customer support tickets via email
? Providing assistance with online purchases
5. Data Management:
? Organize and manage data in spreadsheets
? Creating reports
6. Technical Support:
? Providing technical support for software/tools used by the client
7. Scheduling and Calendar Management:
? Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating meeting logistics
Skills & Abilities:
? Excellent attention to detail
? Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
? Efficient, tech-savvy, and willing to learn and figure things out independently.
? Quickly understands and gets comfortable with the businesses.
? Experience working in a start-up environment.
