Profile Description

My name is Care, Let me just share a few things about myself. I am an extrovert and I love conversation. I am very resourceful google is my best friend. I am a graduate student majoring in Airline Management. I worked in the airport for 3 years as a Customer Service Agent. We check in passengers, checks their document, and ensure passengers and their luggage get on their flight. We also do admin tasks like updating spreadsheets and organizing files. 
The year 2018 I moved to a different state and got a job as a baggage services officer for 2 years. We are the contact tracing department of all mishandled baggage and we receive calls like around 40 calls per day and outbound calls for like 20 or more. We respond to email and chats concern through the salesforce service Upgrade to see actual info's a CRM tool. 
I stopped working in the year 2020 when the pandemic started because I got pregnant and gave birth. So I opted to devote my time to my first child. That's where I started to have my small business. So I have a bit of background in Digital Marketing like creating content and managing our social media platforms like FB Instagram and TikTok. 
In the year 2021, I was hired as a Travel Consultant to a Premium Upgrade to see actual info's a Global Contact Center. We are handling tickets and reservations and provide information about flights, airports, and airlines. We use the booking system called GDS SABRE.  We received more than 40 calls per day. 
With my 6 years of experience, I have enhanced my communication skills, organizing, and time management. I am also tech savvy since I have experienced different software and I am also a fast learner. I can work with minimal supervision and am always willing to learn new skills and tools on my own.
