Profile Description

I am a transaction coordinator for a real estate group based in Washington. I handle all closing transactions and do customer service as well for our past clients who have projects for their new homes. I am also responsible for communicating with mortgage loan officers and underwriters and escrow officers. I can work with you during your office hours plus I can also offer my on-call service. I don't mind working after office hours as long as it will benefit the clients we serve. My main goal is to provide world-class customer service for you and your clients.I also worked as a transaction coordinator in one of Keller Williams' company in Canada. I also handle all contract-to-close transactions for our different agents in the company. They do the sales and I took care of all paperwork necessary for closing and organizing files virtually for them to keep them on track. I also inform them of which specific clients need to do some follow-ups. Well worked with Asana, Slack, Follow up boss, Listings, etc.
