- Work with Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

- Work with teams (I am easy to deal with)
- Build rapport and be empathetic to satisfy customers' needs and resolve their concerns
- search and get infos of leads - coordinate with leads thru phone calls - communicate in fluent english- maintain confidentiality of the customers' information
