Desktop support for 4 different companies is what I've been doing for 9 years already. And helping out those who need assistance with their daily IT-related issues is part of my everyday life at work or in my own time.
My experience in handling the server and network side has given me advanced knowledge on determining the issues that the end-user has and also knowing what troubleshooting should I do to resolve the issues.
The patience and understanding I have acquired in supporting end-users from the beginner ones and those who have advanced knowledge in IT-related issues and also irate end-users have also given me an idea on how to handle them professionally.
