Experience: 2 - 5 years
Coordinate project start dates, timelines, and crew assignments. Communicate schedules to crews, customers, and suppliers. Adjust schedules as needed due to weather, delays, or supply issues. Serve as the main point of contact between customers, crews, and office staff. Provide updates to clients on project timelines, progress, and changes. Relay project details and expectations clearly to the roofing crew. Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and scheduled. Maintain accurate records of project files, contracts, change orders, and communication. Assist in gathering photos before, during, and after the project for documentation and marketing. Coordinate delivery of materials and dumpsters to job sites. Verify that correct materials are ordered and delivered on time. Handle returns or reorders when needed. Answer customer questions and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Help resolve complaints or post-job issues (e.g., cleanup, punch list items). Ensure customer satisfaction and support warranty/service requests when applicable. Work closely with sales reps, field supervisors, estimators, and office staff. Support billing by verifying job completion and project details. Assist with vendor or subcontractor coordination.
