1. Title Processor/Processing Manager

2. Fashion Consultant/Customer Service Representative

During my tenure as a Fashion Consultant and Customer Service Representative at an E-Commerce company, I handled a diverse range of tasks including receiving outbound calls, assisting customers via phone and chat, processing orders, cancelling orders and memberships, implementing retention strategies, tracking orders, processing reshipments and refunds, and updating customer accounts. I utilized tools such as BOND and Softphone to efficiently carry out these responsibilities.

3. Trucking Customer Service Representative

During my tenure with a trucking company in the US, I fulfilled multiple roles encompassing inbound call reception from customers and stores, order tracking, route assignment, driver and warehouse manager coordination, delivery confirmation with customers, and facilitation of upgraded delivery services such as White Glove service. Following my initial position in phone support, I transitioned to the email department where I managed customer and store communications via email. During my tenure as a dispatch trucker for a small company, I undertook a variety of responsibilities including contacting brokers to negotiate load rates, engaging in sales activities, booking loads, coordinating with the manager regarding load logistics, communicating with drivers, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery. 

5. HR Specialist/Billing

During my tenure at a medical lab based in Florida, focused on COVID test kits, I performed various tasks including conducting phone interviews with applicants, assisting hired applicants through the onboarding process, and confirming test kit submissions with Executive Assistants.
