I have worked as a Customer Service Representative in Sales for more than 2 years, I was trained as a supervisor wherein I handled supervisory and evaluating the calls of the agents. I also worked as a freelancer cold caller and appointment setter and admin assistant in different campaigns and I have a B2B sales experience. My previous job was a transfer agent in an insurance company.
