Profile Description

I've been in the BPO Industry for 6 years now. I've handled a lot of US accounts, email, chat, inbound and outbound sales and customer service representative. I was a Sales Representative for 3 years with US Based accounts like Trip Advisor, SiriusXM Satellite Radio and Virgin Mobile UK. Basically I know how to sell and upsell by simply asking appropriate questions which really helps me in the span of years by being a Sales Representative. I also handled accounts which specialized Customer Satisfaction. I make sure that every customer that I'm talking to is satisfied with their experience. I've handled Amazon, Zappos, and Airbnb. Being a customer service representative really challenges me because you need to have a BIG Patience and understanding which will help you throughout your job.
I also know how to use Applications like Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro because I use that to edit my videos and photos. I'm also familiar with Facebook and Instagram marketing. Right now I am a Content Moderator
