Profile Description

First and foremost I believe that I have the passion and determination. I have been known as someone who always challenge herself for her own self-development.
I've been with lots of BPO Accounts. But to make it short, I am a Customer Service Representative taking Inbound and Outbound calls and answering emails for years. I used to be in line with this field since I do have strength and passion in helping customers with their needs. I can say, I have enough skills and experiences within this kind of work.
Good customer service is being patient to customers even if the customer is so irate you need to be calm. The goal is to hear the customer's side. Let them feel that they are listened to. Resolving the issue is just a plus point.
