Profile Description

I have worked in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Medicare Specialist, and Real Estate Telemarketer. I have more than five years of experience in cold calling and sales, and I am comfortable communicating with different types of prospects. Over the years, I have developed strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

I enjoy helping customers and always do my best to provide excellent service. My responsibilities included answering calls, handling customer inquiries, processing refunds and replacements, assisting customers in placing orders over the phone, and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.

In addition, I also have experience as an ESL teacher, helping students improve their English communication skills, grammar, and pronunciation. Through this experience, I developed patience as one of my strongest qualities.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management. Because of this, I also gained experience working in a bank and office environment, handling paperwork, filing documents, and encoding data.
