Main Developer and Project Manager of the external Websites        

Project WordPress Developer:  Built websites using  WordPress  Elementor. Responsive and compatible across all devices and platforms including desktop, mobile, and tablet. Coordinate with clients and UIUX designers.

Project Management: Lead the implementation and launch of new projects. Plan and oversee software and product development on timely delivery and high quality. Provide guidance and support throughout the integration process, troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed. Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and aligning teams on project goals. Maintain a focus on project stability and success during the development period. Facilitate partner meetings with technical and business stakeholders. Maintain partner documentation and establish process frameworks and best practices for organization-wide adoption. Prioritize client satisfaction by ensuring timely communication and adherence to service-level agreements.

Technical Support: Provide technical support by responding to technical issues generated by new and existing projects. Offer effective solutions to ensure the technical integrity and functionality of projects. Initiate internal meetings to address roadblocks and determine solutions. Handle minor DevOps and IT Admin-related tasks related to the project/company.

Cross-functional Communication: Liaise between internal and external partners to ensure the successful and on-time launch of projects. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Project Manager for retainer websites of the company’s existing clients:

- In charge of more than 20 existing clients, responding, resolving, and creating timelines for any concerns and issues on their websites.  
- Respond promptly to all client inquiries via email/direct communication 
- Generate monthly data from Jira that will be sent every first week of the Month to the clients indicating the tasks and hours used for each task. 
- Generate Year-End reports of the tasks and man hours used by the clients for the whole year. 

Jira management:  Segregate Jira Tickets to the developers to track development progress. Provide an estimated timeline for each request to ensure the task's statuses are on track. Inform clients about the task's progress and tag it as done once it is completed and approved by clients.

Quality assurance (QA): Test and evaluate new and existing programs to identify and help remove bugs, glitches, and other user experience issues.
