Profile Description

I've been working as a customer service representative in the BPO industry for almost 4 years. I've had previous experience handling various accounts on the field and dealing with clients. While pitching sales, I got to handle outbound calls for a health care insurance Upgrade to see actual info addition to answering customer concerns and inquiries, I handled inbound calls for order Upgrade to see actual info terms of data entry skills, I was able to gain experience as an email and chat support for a fashion brand's accounts to ensure that they received excellent customer service to their satisfaction. I can also work as a virtual assistant because I previously worked with a US-based client on billing, payroll, data entry, and administrative tasks. I am a very hardworking and flexible individual who is very passionate about my craft. I can say that I am computer literate, a quick learner, and can work with minimal supervision.
