My name is Angel. 
I do have knowledge in Prior Authorization, Quoting prescription and medical coverage such as copayment, coinsurance, deductible and coverage gap, bill explanation, complaints, HIPAA guidelines, appeals, change of plan, prescription refill, outbound callback also understanding of inter relationship of healthcare supports function and operation. I assisted senior patients with scheduling an appointment with their physician/specialist, processing premium payments and billing concern, knowledge in medical terminology and Medical sales background offering DME and Prosthetics.5 years experiences in BPO healthcare industry and hence this ground is instilling confidence and improvement in my work. I provide 40 hours service a week to my client.
