I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for more than a year, where I handle customer complaints and provide alternatives and or resolutions. I keep records of our interactions, process their accounts, and file documents. I also maintain customers' financial records and process adjustments. More than that, I make outbound calls to resolve escalated complaints as part of the Escalation team.
I am also an experienced Virtual Assistant Specialist in an insurance industry focused back-office company wherein I provided services for an insurance broker and agents in the US. I handle most of the tasks from the 5 stages of insurance like filling out Acords for both Personal and Commercial Lines which will be sent to Underwriter. I also do quoting on the carrier's website, preparing paperwork for binding, and creating certificates. I process endorsement, renewals, payment of premiums and cancellation. I know how to navigate different AMS like EZ Lynx, AMS 360, Now Certs and QQCatalyst.
I am well versed in the basics of US Property and Casualty Insurance. I am an English Literate and can clearly understand & speak well (written and verbal).
I am a quick learner and can deliver results as expected of me. I am very willing to learn, I listen to work instructions, and can work under minimal supervision.
