Let me introduce myself first. My name is Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info L.  Upgrade to see actual info, 35 years old from the Philippines. I am friendly and easy to be with but I am diligent when it comes to handling my task. I am a workaholic at heart and I am very attentive to details. I tend to be the independent type of learner and can work with minimal supervision.

 As to my work experience, I've been a Customer Service Specialist for almost 5 years under a Travel and Telecommunication Account. I assist the customer's with their charges and billing disputes, I also take complaints, processed refunds and I also do some orders and take sales calls. I got the chance to be an Email support in one of the Drop shipping store Shopify before that. We track product shipments and fulfill orders. I worked for few years as an Educator/Instructor and as an Administrative Assistant. I create invoices, make daily and monthly reports, I also prepare for the biweekly salary of the staff and update/create an advertiser's contracts during my time as Admin Assistant. I normally use MS word, excel and PowerPoint presentation and I do some research as well. I was a faculty in one of the Technical-vocational School here in my hometown. I teach English classes and Office base subjects to our regular students.
